Gladwyne Firefighters worked hard to prepare the Autocar, Auxillary Pump, Engine 24-1 and Lucky for a trip to the Radnor Fire Company 100 year anniversary parade and celebration on Saturday. After the parade, Gladwyne left victorious with two 1st place trophies for the following categories:
1st Place for Best Appearing Dalmation - Lucky
1st Place for Best Appearing Non-Motorized Apparatus - The 1942 Hale Auxiliary Pump which was towed by the Autocar
Special THANKS goes out to the following members for their extra hard work in preperation for the parade: Jeff Culbertson, Mike Schwarz, Mike Newell, Jamie Stebbins, Leith Cunningham, John Robb, Jack Anderson, AJ Malloy and Alan David (who may have worked a little too hard!). We wish Alan the best as he recovers in the hospital.
WELL DONE EVERYBODY!
